Korean Women's Development Institute, positioned as a think-tank for gender equality policy, has made tremendous efforts to provide practical policy agenda for gender-equal society that can be reflected in government policies. Through extensive researches on gender impact analysis, gender budgeting, gender staistics and other various gender agendas, KWDI have contributed to putting gender mainstraining strategy into practice.

Through  global exchanges andnetwork with gender experts from multiple countries and regions, we have been sharing our experiences and achievements in women's policy research. Recently, we earned a reputation as a benchmark for many other women's policy institutes. From 2011, we also set up our ODA project to help build an infrastructure for gender equality in Indonesia and Cambodia.

This webpage is designed to provide a platform for knowledge sharing and discussion on gender policy around the world. We hope to share the outcomes and experiences derived from our ODA projects with experts all over the world, and we can improve effective and sustainable communication with our workshop participants.
